Who we are

This website is run by Ponte Digital, Lda, a company registered in Mozambique. You can write to us through the contact form linked at the end of this page.

What we collect

If you use the contact form on the Partner with us page, we receive what you type into it:

• your name, organisation and email address
• the type of organisation you represent
• your message

Technical logs

Like most web servers, ours records basic technical details of each visit, such as the page requested, the date and time, and a shortened IP address (the last part is removed, so it points to a network rather than to your own connection). We use them only to keep the site secure and to fix faults.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Fonts and images load from our own server, not from other companies.

How we use your details

We use the details you send only to reply to your enquiry. Your message goes from our own server to our team inbox, through our email provider. We do not use outside form services.

We keep an enquiry only for as long as we need it to reply and follow up. Because enquiries arrive in our company email, they stay in that mailbox and have no fixed deletion date. You can ask us to delete yours at any time through the contact form.

Your choices

You can ask us what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Our privacy contact is Reginald Mukombe, Director of Technical Services, who is responsible for the personal details sent through this website. Send your request through our contact form and start your message with “Privacy request”, so it reaches him.
